UK · Net-worth tracker

Your net worth — and why it moved.

Type your balances once a month. Trove draws the trajectory, names which accounts pulled the needle, tells you what your cash is actually earning, and beams the number to your home screen.

Balances only. The thing you actually know.

Your statements stay private.

Open Banking pipes never touch Trove.

No daily grind

Once a month, that's it.

A reminder, a snapshot, on with your life.

No app shuffle

Every UK account, one number.

Current, ISA, SIPP, mortgage, the house — all rolled up.

Bank apps see one account. Budgeting apps are for transactions. Spreadsheets bore you. Trove is for the picture.

Coming to iOS · home screen + lock screen

Glance. Done.

The widget is the whole point of doing snapshots. Once a month you type. The rest of the time, your number lives on your lock screen — there when you wake up, there when you check the time.

  • Live net-worth tile with this month's delta and a 12-month sparkline.
  • Tap-to-log deep-links straight into the wizard when a new month rolls around.
  • Streak chip on the lock screen — quietly motivating, never nagging.
  • Multiple sizes — large NW, small delta, accessory-rectangular for the lock screen.

02 · What you actually see

Numbers with the story attached.

01 / Where the change came from

The accounts that actually moved the needle.

Each month, the three accounts pulling hardest — signed, ranked, tappable to their own per-account chart. So you know whether the £8k jump was the ISA or just the house re-valuing.

Vanguard · S&S ISA +£3,140
House · revaluation +£2,300
Aviva · SIPP +£1,920
Joint · Cash ISA −£420
02 / Every pound coming in

Salary, dividends, interest — all on one chart.

Cash interest auto-logs from your snapshots. Pension contributions log themselves. Salary, bonus, refunds, side projects — one tap. You'll finally see how much of you is the spreadsheet vs the share price.

Salary £4,200 62%
Pension contribution £820 12%
Dividends £540 8%
Cash interest £412 6%
Side projects £780 12%
03 / Cash, working

Is your cash actually earning?

Trove computes the effective rate on every cash account from the interest you log. The 0.5% holdout shows up as a 0.5%. The 4.75% Marcus account stops being a vibe.

Marcus · Savings 4.75% £18,420
Chase · Saver 4.10% £12,800
Barclays · Cash ISA 1.20% £8,640
Monzo · Current 0.00% £4,210
04 / What you spent

The number nobody else shows you.

Log your income, and Trove derives spending from what's left after the math — no transaction categorising, no Open Banking required. The one figure that tells you whether the month went your way.

£1,710 · May
35.5% of income · £180 under your 12-month average
SPENT · SAVED + INVESTED

UK-native by default. ISA · S&S ISA · LISA (with 25% bonus) · SIPP · workplace pension · mortgage equity · joint accounts — all first-class. FSCS limit (£120k/institution) flagged automatically. UK tax year, GBP throughout.

07 · FAQ

Things people actually ask.

Open Banking pipes are noisy, fragile, and create a permanent dependency on a third party knowing every transaction you make. Typing five numbers a month is faster than untangling miscategorised feeds — and your bank statements never leave your bank. We don't want them.
From the accounting identity: Spending = Income + MarketGain − MortgageInterest − ΔNW. You give us your income and balances; the rest solves itself. Mortgage interest is stripped out so what you see is consumption only — the food, fuel, gifts, mistakes — not the cost of holding debt.
Nothing breaks. Trove uses a one-month "streak freeze" — a single missed month doesn't reset the run. The chart marks the gap visibly and stops decomposing for that month. Come back when you're ready.
Right after launch. The whole product is built around the snapshot → widget flow; we're not shipping the rest without it. Sign in now and you'll get it as soon as it lands — no separate purchase, no wait list.
Yes — UK-native by default. ISA, S&S ISA, LISA, SIPP and workplace pension tags carry tax-treatment hints. Joint accounts roll up correctly into household vs individual numbers (you enter your own share). FSCS-aware: Trove flags if you've exceeded the £120,000 per-institution protection limit.
The core tracker is free. A small optional plan unlocks multi-currency, forecasting, advanced CSV import and household rollups. No ads, no data selling — ever. The free tier isn't a demo, it's the product.
Your balances live on your device first, then sync to a private, account-scoped Trove store — encrypted in transit and at rest. Nothing is sold, nothing is shared. No Google Tag Manager, no Meta pixel, no Hotjar, no Mixpanel. Inspect network on first load — it's a deliberately short list.
